At Space Bear Bags, every item is handmade, packed, and shipped with care. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with any original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Handmade Products

Our products are handmade and produced in small batches.

Minor variations in fabric pattern placement, stitching, print alignment, colour appearance, or other small details may occur and are considered part of the handmade nature of the product. These variations are not considered defects.

Some products are made using technical materials such as Dyneema® Composite Fabric (DCF) and other lightweight performance fabrics. Due to the characteristics of these materials and normal use, slight creasing, wrinkles, wear patterns, changes in appearance, and surface variations may occur over time and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale items (if marked as such)
  • Items showing signs of use

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please allow several business days for your payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help work with the shipping carrier when possible.
